In March 2010 for the entire Bay Area 7,040 homes were sold and same indicator of sales volume shows a minimal increase of 0.2% with 7,051 homes sold in March 2011. The other significant indicator of median prices has moved lower with -5.3% registering the drop from $380,000 in March 2010 to $360,000 in March 2011.
